ACCOUNT MANAGER

Major Responsibilities

  1. Identifies development potential in accounts by studying current business; interviewing key customer and company personnel who have worked with customer, identifying and evaluating additional need; analyzing opportunities.
  2. Initiates sales process by building relationship; qualifying potential; scheduling appointments.
  3. Schedules meetings with prospective and lead customers to any trade show or exhibit events.
  4. Develop sales by making initial presentation; explaining product and service enhancements and additions; introducing new products and services.
  5. Develop new applications by preparing specification; conferring with product managers, sales managers and principals.
  6. Closes sales by overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
  7. Contributes information to sales strategies by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled; monitoring competitive products, analyzing and relaying customer reactions.
  8. Updates job knowledge by participating in seminars and other educational opportunities; reading professional publication; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  9. Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different request; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Requirements

  1. Graduate of a 4-year course preferably in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or Engineering or any related course.
  2. Experience in Marketing and Sales/Account Management with minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience.
  3. Exposure in printing industry is highly preferred
  4. Proven substantiated sales track record.
  5. Must be customer-service oriented and willing to work extended hours.
  6. Must be aggressive in introducing selling the product with clients.
  7. Sales driven with excellent negotiation as well as presentation skills.
  8. Strong prospecting account management and closing skills.

GRAPHIC ARTIST

Major Responsibilities

  1. Develop designs and layout for social media, website and brochures
  2. Develop design strategy, elements, campaign and collaterals for brands
  3. Create outstanding and creative print files that showcases different styles of design and printing
  4. Conceptualise and design activation set-up and execution

Requirements

  • Creative, curious and passionate
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Creative design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Familiarity in 3D designing is also an advantage
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Excellent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.) and SketchUp
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • AutoCAD and Corel Draw is a plus

TECHNICAL SERVICE ENGINEER

Major Responsibilities

  1. Provide on site preparation for the installation of machines. Prepare docuementation needed for installation.
  2. Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of printing machines.
  3. Perform hands-on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs.
  4. Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location.
  5. Provide on-site training to the customers.
  6. Interface with cross functional work teams such as the customer care assistants, product management, marketing and sales.
  7. Develop Service Technical Documentation
  8. Always maintain an updated case information in Netsuite.
  9. Timely and professionally handle service service calls and issues arising from the field service visits.
  10. Complete and submit in a timely manner all required paperwork, soft copy FSR, etc.
  11. Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement nay necessary corrective actions.
  12. perform other duties commensurate with the capabilities of a hardware technical service engineer.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, IT or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experience in dealing with large format printer is an advantage
  • Proficient in computers and have good technical aptitude/background with excellent diagnostic skills.
  • Exposure in printing industry is highly preferred
  • Has familiarity in ADOBE Creative Suit Software and Autocad
  • Willing to go on field work and able to work extended hours

TAX COMPLIANCE ASSISTANT

Major Responsibilities

  1. With full exposure on BIR related matter such as BIR filling of returns, handles VAT refund applications and other related transaction
  2. Compliance to taxes : Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual and annual
  3. Prepare government mandated documents
  4. Any other related task that may deemed necessary
  5. Directly reporting to the Chief Accountant

Requirements

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
  • With full exposure on BIR related matter such as BIR filing of returns and other related transactions.
  • A high attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are also important.
  • He/ She should be a team player and excellent in communicating both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficiency in computer programs, such as Microsoft Word and Excel, and database systems.
  • Having basic mathematical skills.
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information properly.

SALES ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT 

Major Responsibilities

Sales Admin Assistant basic purpose is to efficiently provide essential support to the entire sales team (Manila, Cebu and Davao) and to other departments if needed.

To provide essential support to the entire sales team and to other departments if needed. Help contribute achieve sales targets by doing the clerical task, by doing so, Sales Team will be able to focus on selling and meeting with clients.

  1. Sales Order creation on system for the new orders.
  2. Updating the 3 Class of Leads (Contact, For-requalification and End-user) daily.
  3. extracting the Sales’ team activity report in the system every payroll cut-off and will send it to each Segment Managers.
  4. Collecting and filtering Marketing activity report every payroll cut-off and will submit it to Human Resource.
  5. Preparing and submitting travel summary request, flight booking and hotel quotation to QMS.
  6. Provide secretarial support every MANCOM and Funnel Review meetings (and other meeting as needed).
  7. Work with Sales team to provide reports as requested by other functions ( ie: Marketing, Service etc) and also requests from our Principals ie: HP requests, etc.)
  8. Help to keep up to-date and cleanse the sales system data base and ensure both sales & marketing data bases are coordinated.
  9. Preparation of Government Bids / Tenders before submitting to Accounting
  10. Manage the “On Line” sales/ queries
  11. Manage the Half Yearly Customer Satisfaction Survey
  12. Manage the LFP&I Consumable and Indigo Click Charge/collection of forecasting to all clients
  13. Review all Expense & Travel reports before final submission to approving authority & accounting.

Requirements

  • Stong Knowledge in the operation of mechanical actuators (Motors, Pneumatics and Hydraulic systems)
